K4 Pre-School Program Annual Tuition:  $840.00 per student

Fees

New Student Application Fee - $175.00 per student

The application fee must accompany each new application for admission.  It covers the cost of interviews, processing applications, and record transfers.  This fee is not refundable.  This one-time fee is not applicable to returning students.

Registration for Re-Enrollment Fee - $100.00 per student (K4 through 12th grade) 

The registration fee is an annual fee and is not refundable.  There is a 50% discount in the registration fee during the Early Registration and re-enrollment period.

Books - usually at least $300

The cost of books are determined by the student’s grade and/or class schedule.  They will vary from year to year.  Book charges range from approximately $300.00 to $450.00 per student for 1st - 12th grade students.  Families will purchase their students’ books at Calvary’s bookstore prior to the start of the school year.

Activity Fee – $75.00 per child for all children (Kindergarten through 12th grade) assessed to each family

This fee covers expenses related to academic, music and sports competitions, honorariums for special program presenters, testing and reporting costs for the Stanford Achievement Tests (SATs), and other expenses the school incurs for activities and services that enhance the educational program for students at CSH.

Please note that meals and lodging for any school-related trips are not covered in the Activity Fee.

Bus Fees

Calvary Schools of Holland offers bus routes on Holland's north side, Hamilton/south side, and Zeeland/Holland Heights. Costs are:

• $750/year for riding the bus both AM and PM,
• $375/year for riding the bus only AM or only PM.

Please contact the school office to inquire whether bussing is available for your family and the cost involved.

Winterim

The base fee for Winterim is included in the tuition for junior high and high school students.

Available Discounts

Prepaid Tuition

A 4% discount is applied if tuition is paid in full in cash or check on August 15th.  A 2% discount is applied if tuition is paid in two equal installments due August 15th & January 15th.

Ministry Discount

A 20% discount is offered to those families who make their living in full-time Christian ministry.

Recruiting Discount

A $200.00 discount is offered to any currently enrolled family who personally recruits a new family (kindergarten through 12th grades) to Calvary Schools of Holland.

CBC Discount

Because of their faithful support, a 10% discount is offered to tithing members of the school’s parent organization, Calvary Baptist Church.  (This discount may not be used in conjunction with the Ministry Discount.)

Scholarships Available

At Calvary Schools of Holland, we are committed to the idea that the cost of a Christian Education should not be a barrier to families who would like to give this gift to their children.
